Triplematic's Series 1250 is specially deigned for flexibility of mixing. There are two models available, the Series 1250 Blend and the Series 1250 Select.
The Series 1250 Blend dispenser having two (high and low viscosity) Part "A" materials which are gravity fed into a patent pending pressure pump, then to a metering valve and to the "A" material gear pump. Both "A" and "B" materials are metered with gear pumps for high accuracy and repeatability giving the best long-term results. Part "A" material pump will meter viscosity from 1200 to 100,000 cps and part "B" pump from 20 to 1200 cps. This dispenser is set up with three fixed ratio settings from 100-8 parts to 100-18 parts. With a flip of the switch, the 1250 Blend can be used as a shot delivery or continuous flow machine. Blending of Part "A" material is done by turning of a blending valve. Changing volume is done with a volume digit indicator by changing the RPM with a SCR control knob and reading the LED display number with reference to an off/on shot timer. The transfer pump system is standard on this model only.
The Series 1250 Select has the same technology as the Blend except you can have up to four (4) Part "A" reservoirs. Changing from one tanks to the other is done in 1 second with a select switch.
Both machines are designed with heat on Part "A" material of 15,000 cps and higher to keep material at 78 deg F, agitation is added to keep fillers in suspension, pot life guard timer and fixed motionless mixer with positive cut-off.
While significantly reducing labor and material costs, the Series 1250 Blend with Floating Head eliminates weighing and mixing errors, reduces operator exposure to toxic materials and produces a superior and uniform product.
