DESCRIPTION OF ACCESSORIES

Pulse Counter Shot Timer:
Used for the same size material shot each time.

Pot Life Guard Timer:
Pot Life timer is set for half the gel time of the material. The machine will go off and dispense out the material that is in the mixer so it does not harden in the mixer.

Machine Cart with Casters:
Machine cart is L36" W24" H35" so machine is mobile.

Positive Cut-Off Head:
The positive cut-off head is used to dispense equal shot size to + or - one gram with no drip's from the mixture.

Low Level Alarm:
Low-level alarm is to tell the user that the material in the reservoir is low and more has to be added.

Heat System:
Can be added to reservoirs, material, lines and pumps. Solid state temperature controllers are used with RTD probes. LCD readouts can be added.

Material transfer pump systems:
Pumps can be added to one or both 55 gallon drums, your reservoirs will be filled when needed. Alarm will go off when drum runs out of material.

Reservoirs:
Five gallon
Five gallon with can rack
Two and one half gallon
Two and one half gallon pressurized (with cover for nitrogen)
Five gallon pressurized (with cover for nitrogen)

Agitation:
Rotary Table: 2" to 24" capacity
